Step into a space where creativity meets insight, and where symbolism becomes a path to healing.

I offer an integrative approach that blends the reflective power of Tarot with the expressive freedom of Art Therapy. Together, we explore the stories, emotions, and patterns that shape your experience — through imagery, colour, and intuitive guidance.

You don’t need to be “good at art” or have Tarot knowledge. Just bring your curiosity, your questions, or whatever you're carrying right now. This practice is ideal for adults seeking clarity, connection, and personal growth — especially those who feel drawn to more creative, soul-centred forms of support.

Whether you're navigating change, reconnecting with your inner self, or simply seeking space to be seen and heard, you are warmly welcome — just as you are.

Sessions are available online or in person across Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

Where symbols speak

and creativity heals.

Hi, I’m Sarah.

I’m a tarot therapist and transpersonal art therapist—and I believe that healing can be both intuitive and creative. My practice is a space for those who are seeking something deeper: a way to reconnect with themselves through symbolism, imagination, and emotional honesty.

I work with adults of all backgrounds, especially those who haven’t felt fully seen in traditional therapy settings. My space is inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming, and neurodivergent-friendly.

Whether we’re working with tarot cards, paint, mandalas, or metaphors, I’m here to help you make sense of what’s rising in your life—and to hold space while you rediscover your own wisdom.

This work is more than a career for me—it’s part of my own healing path. As a mother, I’m also here to break cycles and help build a softer, braver world for the next generation.

If you’re drawn to explore your inner world with creativity, depth, and care, you’re in the right place.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Tarot therapy combines tarot reading with a reflective and therapeutic approach. Rather than predicting the future, we use the cards as a tool for insight, self-exploration, and emotional understanding. Sessions are collaborative, grounded, and focused on helping you reconnect with your own inner wisdom.

  • No. My approach to tarot is not based on fortune telling or fear-based spirituality. I believe you hold agency over your life and choices. Tarot can, however, offer clarity, perspective, and insight into patterns, dynamics, and possibilities surrounding a situation.

  • You’re welcome to bring a specific question, topic, life situation, or simply an openness to explore what’s emerging for you. There’s no “right” way to approach a session.

  • Not at all. You don’t need any particular spiritual beliefs or experience with tarot to benefit from a session. Many clients are simply curious, reflective, creative, or looking for a different way to explore what they’re going through.

  • You can get in touch by filling out the contact form on this website or by sending me a DM through Instagram via the link provided on the site. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

My work is grounded in ongoing study, reflective practice, and creating a respectful, inclusive, and supportive space for clients.

  • Transpersonal art therapy uses creative processes, symbolism, imagination, and reflective dialogue to support emotional wellbeing and self-exploration. The focus is not on artistic skill or creating “good art,” but on the insights and experiences that emerge through the creative process.

  • Absolutely not. No artistic experience or technical skill is needed. Art therapy is about expression, exploration, and process — not artistic performance.

  • Yes. My practice is inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming, and neurodivergent-friendly. I aim to create a space where people can feel respected, safe, and able to show up as themselves.
